The Haier HSB03BB Mini Refrigerator is a great mini fridge for college dormitories, a recreation room or even your office. It has a capacity of 2.7 cubic feet. This allows the fridge to hold most of the essentials and a few extra items. It is fantastic if you just need to keep a few things cold such as snacks, soda and milk. Even the door has a great storage capacity
This model is available in black, white or off white. It comes with a temperature adjustment, which is great if you need to keep your items a bit colder than normal. It even has a built in freezer setting that will allow you to keep already frozen items frozen. The Haier HSB03BB is also a very affordable mini fridge, at around $120. If this is still out of your price range, consider a mini fridge without a freezer. They start much cheaper, around the $50 range.
If you have been in the market for a mini refrigerator lately then you know that comparable refrigerators can cost significantly more than that. You will also save some money on your electric bill, because this refrigerator is energy efficient.
Over all the Haier HSB03BB is a great option for a mini fridge. It has ample room and stylish features. It offers easy access and customizable shelving. The price is right as well.
As far and mini fridges go this model really blows them away. It is similar to the Haier in price and the fact that it easily fits into small spaces such as a dormitory or an office; however this Danby model also has a freezer as well.
It is great for college students, because at 4.3 cubic feet it allows room for all the essentials beer, soda, milk and snacks. It also has enough room to store leftovers from local eateries and on campus diners.
The refrigerator runs a bit more than the Haier in price. The average price found online was about $160. The only color choice is white, but it is a nice, sleek and stylish.
One pitfall of this mini refrigerator is that it has to be placed 6” away from the wall to work efficiently. This can take up a lot of space especially in a cramped dorm. You might want to consider sharing the mini fridge with your room mate since it allows enough space inside for double what standard mini fridges allow.
